WINNIPEG, MANITOBA--(Marketwired - Sept. 26, 2016) - 3D Signatures Inc. (TSX VENTURE:DXD) (the "Company" or
"3D"), announces that it has granted an aggregate of 1,083,030 incentive stock options (the "Options") to directors, officers and
employees of 3D, at an exercise price of $0.68 per share.
The Options are exercisable for a ten-year period from the date of grant and will vest as follows: all Options will vest at
the time of grant with the exception of options granted to an individual providing investor relations activities which will vest
as follows: 25% on October 1, 2016 and 25% each quarter thereafter until fully vested.
After giving effect to this option grant, a total of 4,400,588 stock options will be issued and outstanding with 243,931
remaining for future issuance under the Company's stock option plan.
The Options are granted pursuant to the Company's stock option plan, which was most recently approved by the shareholders of
the Company at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on February 29, 2016.
