Edmonton, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - September 27, 2016) - Synodon Inc. (TSXV: SYD) ["the Company"] announced today that it
intends to change its financial year end from October 31 to December 31. The change in financial year end will allow the Company to
provide continuous information on a comparable basis with its peer group.
As a result of this change, the Company will have a transitional 14 month financial year ending December 31, 2016. Further
details regarding the change in financial year, including the Company's interim reporting periods, will be available in the
Company's Notice of Change in Financial Year End prepared in accordance with section 4.8 of National Instrument 51-102, which will
be filed shortly on SEDAR.
