CACI Awarded Prime Position on $900 Million Multiple-Award Contract With U.S. Special Operations Command

Work Will Help Special Operations Forces Achieve Global Mission Success

CACI International Inc (NYSE: CACI) announced today that it has been awarded a prime position on a five-year, multiple-award, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with a $900 million ceiling value to continue providing services in program management, engineering and technical support, and professional services for the U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) on the SOCOM-Wide Mission Support (SWMS) program. The contract spans several CACI market areas, enabling the company to provide a wide range of mission-essential solutions and services to Special Operations Forces (SOF).

SOCOM synchronizes the planning of special operations and provides SOF to support persistent, networked, and distributed Global Combatant Command operations in order to protect and advance our nation’s interests. The objective of SWMS is to obtain services support for global SOF.

Under this contract, CACI will provide SOCOM with program management support that includes assistance with strategic and operational planning, support for irregular warfare, and studies and analysis that help SOF best determine mission plans. CACI will also provide engineering and technical documentation development and support, analysis and evaluation, and research that optimizes information management; as well as intelligence and information operations capabilities that enhance decision-making.
