any further action at this time regarding the issues outlined in the Company's news release dated October 2, 2016.
The Company continues to work towards receiving approval from the TSX Venture Exchange for the proposed acquisition of the
Houlton Woodstock Manganese Property located in Carleton County, New Brunswick. The Company is in the process of completing a NI
