industry management including financial management roles and as a public company President. He began his career with Deloitte &
Touche, where he worked in both the audit and financial advisory practices. Mr. Steele graduated from the University
of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Business
Valuator in Canada. Azarga Metals believes Mr. Steele will make a valuable contribution to its
Board of Directors and as Chair of the Audit Committee.
