Champion of the Year at the Delaware Small Business Administration (SBA) Awards. The event was held on May 3 at the Small Business
Development Center (SBDC) in Wilmington. The SBA, alongside several partners, celebrated outstanding small business owners,
resource partners and small business lenders. Mr. Swingle was nominated by the SBDC for his commitment to the Sussex County small
business community.
