Corporation (NASDAQ: SGMS) ("Scientific Games" or the "Company") today announced that the Company won a new, six-year
contract as the primary instant games provider for the Colorado Lottery (the "Lottery").
The Company's new contract began July 1, 2017 and includes instant game planning, research and
analysis, marketing services and sales support. The Colorado Lottery has two options to extend the contract two additional
years.

Under Scientific Games' previous contract, the Colorado Lottery's annual profits from instant game sales grew by 19 percent
(FY2011-FY2016). Successes from the Colorado Lottery and Scientific Games instant game partnership include Crossword extended
play games, which have represented more than $819.4 million in retail sales for the Colorado
Lottery, and licensed brands from Scientific Games extensive portfolio, including The Walking Dead® and Atari®,
which have generated more than $183.2 million in revenue. The Company's Colorado
Spotlight® games surpassed more than $135.7 million in revenues for the Lottery.
