TORONTO, July 25, 2017 /CNW/ - Rockwell Diamonds Inc.
("Rockwell" or the "Company") (TSX: RDI; JSE: RDI) announces that it has postponed its annual meeting of shareholders ("AGM")
scheduled for August 23, 2017 to October 2, 2017.
The key reason for the postponement is that the business rescue plan relating to the Company's South African subsidiaries
which are being managed under the South African Business Rescue Provisions has to be filed by September
30, 2017.
The record date for the AGM is set at Friday, August 25, 2017 in respect of the Company's
Canadian register; only shareholders on record as of Friday, August 25 are entitled to receive
notice of the meeting and entitled to vote at the meeting.
In respect of the Company's South African register, only shareholders on record as of Friday, August
25, 2017 are entitled to receive notice of the meeting and only shareholders on record as of Friday, September 22, 2017 are entitled to vote at the meeting, with the last day to trade being Tuesday September 19, 2017.
