Innovative Technology to be Used to Protect Highly Sensitive Data

AUSTIN, TX / ACCESSWIRE / August 15, 2017 / CipherLoc Corporation (OTCQB: CLOK), a leading provider of highly secure data protection technology, today announced the signing of an agreement with Essential Fund Services International (''EFSI''). This agreement encompasses the entire portfolio of the company's products for both data-in-motion (EDGE, ENTERPRISE, GATEWAY) and data-at-rest (SHIELD). These products will be used by EFSI on a variety of different desktop, server, mobile, and database platforms to protect highly sensitive data.

EFSI (www.essentialfundadmin.com) is an independently owned, SOC I regulated, full service fund administration firm providing clients with a comprehensive suite of fund administration services. Based in New York City, it provides accounting, reporting and administrative services to the private investment community, including hedge funds, funds of funds, private equity funds, family offices, and separately managed accounts. EFSI, along with its affiliated partner Essential Fund Services, LLC (''EFS'') administers approximately $4 billion of client assets across over 90 reporting entities. Due to the highly sensitive nature of the information it handles, the protection of data is of paramount importance.

''We are pleased to be working with EFSI as we continue our mission of working to protect the world's data'' said Mike Salas, Vice President of Marketing and Sales of CipherLoc. ''In today's world where it's not a question of 'if' a company will get breached but rather 'when,' the use of our technology to safeguard data can act as a final layer of defense. The highly sensitive data that EFSI deals with, and nature of the financial fiduciary it maintains to its clients presents EFSI as the perfect example of the types commercial financial fiduciary, and client type for which our portfolio of products is designed to protect.''

Eric Jacobs, managing member of EFSI, explained, ''As part of our commitment to provide the most advanced, state-of-the-art solutions to our clients, we are providing next generation encryption technology to secure information from not only current cyber-attacks, but from the new methods of cyber-theft we find ourselves anticipating through quantum computing and other cyber threats to our financial system for which current AES encryption has proven impotent.''

Deployment of the CipherLoc portfolio of products will commence in the third quarter of 2017 and will conclude in the fourth quarter of this year.
