Venture: RHA) ("Annidis" or the Company") announces that it has granted an aggregate of 5,120,000 options to employees and
consultants of the Corporation. Each option entitles the holder to acquire one common share in the capital of the Corporation at
an exercise price of $0.025. These options will expire on November 28,
2022.
