Appointment of Tami Jackson as Director, US Institutional Business Development, West Coast

NEW YORK, Dec. 11, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BNP Paribas Asset Management (BNPP AM) announces the appointment of Tamara (Tami) Jackson as Director of US Institutional Business Development for the western region of the United States. Tami will have responsibility for developing relationships and building business with all major institutional asset owners across various distribution channels. She will report to Neil Johnson, Head of US Institutional Business Development, and will be based in Los Angeles.

Commenting on Tami’s hiring, Johnson said: “We are delighted to have Tami rejoin BNP Paribas Asset Management. She brings a wealth of industry knowledge and experience as well as familiarity with BNPP AM and its capabilities.”

Tami was previously a member of BNPP AM’s US Institutional Sales team based in New York where she lead the firm’s national public pension fund sales effort. She left the organization in 2015 to return to the West Coast. Since that time she has worked for Amundi Smith Breeden. Prior to originally joining the organization in 2012, Tami worked for Northern Trust Asset Management, Brown Capital Management and Dresdner RCM Global Investors.
