Understanding ("MOU") with the highly innovative eSports platform company Ubique Networks.
Ubique Networks has operations in eight countries around the world and is a leader in lagless eSports infrastructure and
platform. They will be launching an innovative blockchain solution for the eSports sector.
The MOU establishes a mutual collaboration for both companies, allowing YDreams Global to leverage Ubique´s expertise and
platform in relation to the expansion of YDream Global's blockchain, cryptocurrency and eSports initiatives. YDreams Global will
assist in building and expanding Ubique's international presence and incorporate Ubique's technologies into YDreams Global's
proprietary virtual gaming solution, "Arkave." These are very rapid and scalable programs that may benefit from the
partnership.
The goal is to combine the knowledge of both companies and use the blockchain technology towards such things as eSports
Tournaments and Arkave, which is the Virtual Reality gaming facility created by YDreams Global.
