ONTARIO, CA, Jan. 22, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kiwa Bio-Tech Products Group Corporation (OTCQB: KWBT) (“Kiwa Bio-Tech” or the
“Company”), a Company promoting eco-friendly biological fertilizer products, today announced that the Company established two
retail outlet stores located in Hu County, Zhouzhi County in Shaanxi Province, respectively. The establishment of the outlet stores
supports Kiwa Bio-Tech’s strategy with respect to planting harmless crops, selling organic fertilizer products, and agricultural
products buy-back.
All of the retail outlet stores are well located in the central areas of the counties in which they are located and each will
support the training of technical staff members in terms of agricultural technology, products introduction, standard service and
operational procedures. After training, the staff members will be able to provide various services including soil testing, guidance
on scientific planting methods, agricultural supply and agricultural products information, and testing of the products. The outlet
stores will also provide additional services including provision of rural financing, lectures on agricultural science and national
policy interpretation.
In support of this activity, Kiwa Bio-Tech has established a subsidiary company in Yangling, Shaanxi. The establishment of the
outlet stores is part of a multi-level cooperative venture between Kiwa Bio-Tech and local farmers, corporations, co-operatives,
and government departments of Shaanxi Province. By the end of 2018, Kiwa Bio-Tech plans to build a total of fifteen retail outlet
stores in the major fruit planting counties of China in order to further integrate marketing resources and increase sales.
