May 4, 2018. The total number of shares represented by shareholders present in person and by proxy at the meeting was
11,452,921 representing 67.21 per cent of the Corporation's issued and outstanding common shares.
Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business before the meeting, including the election of each of the eight director
