CHICAGO IL., June 08, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Epazz, Inc. (OTC:EPAZ), a leading provider of blockchain cryptocurrency mobile apps
and cloud-based business software solutions, has announced that the company added recurring revenue to the software program
with a 90 percent renewal rate and is releasing five new versions of its cloud programs. The customer acquisition is up to 30
percent of the annual subscription cost. Therefore, for every thirty cents of marketing the company spent, it received a dollar in
revenue. Moreover, its new customer renewal rate was 90 percent for the second consecutive year.
The new versions of the cloud programs are currently undergoing the final changes prior to release. Once the new
versions are released, the company expects increased conversion rates, which means a decrease in customer acquisition cost. The new
versions will also include new websites using the latest animation technology to display the benefits of the software.
Epazz, Inc., CEO Shaun Passley, Ph.D., said, “We have been improving our cloud business applications over the past
year, and we are excited about launching the new versions of our cloud business software.”
