CURRENT SHAREHOLDERS: Zamansky LLC Investigates Dycom Industries (DY) for Potential Breaches of Fiduciary Duties

Zamansky LLC announces that it is investigating Dycom Industries Inc. (NYSE:DY) (“Dycom” or the “Company”) for potential breaches of fiduciary duties by its senior officers and board of directors. If you are a shareholder of Dycom who still holds your shares, please contact our firm for information.

On an August 29, 2018 earnings call, Dycom’s Chairman, President & CEO Steven Nielsen, acknowledged that permitting problems for its large customer programs had caused lower revenues and margins and a downward adjustment to its guidance for the year. This was the second consecutive quarter such a shortfall had happened, and CEO Nielsen’s statements appear to contradict previous statements made by the Company in its public filings. On this most recent news, the Company’s stock price fell 24 percent.

According to Jake Zamansky, investment fraud attorney, “Dycom’s acknowledgment of its permit problems and its restatements raise issues of potential concern for investors. Our law firm is investigating whether the officers and directors have breached their fiduciary duties to Dycom and its shareholders.”
