BJ’s Wholesale Club Names Christopher Peterson to Board of Directors
BJ’s Wholesale Club Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BJ) today announced that Christopher H. Peterson, executive vice president, Chief
Financial Officer, Newell Brands, has been named to the Company’s Board of Directors. He will serve as chair of the board’s Audit
Committee.
BJ’s also announced that Tommy Yin left the board. Yin, an associate at Leonard Green, joined BJ’s board in 2017.

Prior to joining Newell Brands in 2018, Peterson was Chief Operating Officer, Operations at Revlon, Inc., where he helped lead
the brand’s global supply chain, finance and IT functions. Earlier in his career he was President, Global Brands at Ralph Lauren.
Prior to that, Peterson spent 20 years at Procter & Gamble in various roles of increasing responsibility. He holds a B.S. from
Cornell University in operations research and industrial engineering.
