("Tower" or the "Company") announces that Garett Macdonald has tendered his resignation as President, Chief Executive
Officer and a director of the Company. Mr. Macdonald's departure will be effective as of February 28, 2019 in order to assist in
facilitating a smooth transition to new management. The Board of Directors is actively seeking a new President and CEO, and has
identified a number of qualified candidates.

and wish him well in his future endeavours."
