Emerald Expositions Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
Emerald Expositions Events, Inc. (NYSE:EEX) (“Emerald” or the “Company”), a leading U.S. business-to-business trade show and
conference producer, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0725 per share. The
dividend is payable on or about March 5, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Tuesday, February 19, 2019.
