CoreCivic Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.44 Per Share

NASHVILLE, Tenn., Feb. 21, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CoreCivic, Inc. (NYSE: CXW) (the “Company") announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share to be paid on April 15, 2019, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 1, 2019. 

"We are pleased to announce an increase to our quarterly cash dividend to $0.44 per share, or $1.76 per share annually," said Damon T. Hininger, CoreCivic's President and Chief Executive Officer.  "The increase in our quarterly dividend reflects our confidence in the stability of cash flows generated from our existing contracts and the benefits derived from the growth and diversification of our real estate portfolio."
