announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share to be paid on April 15, 2019, to
shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 1, 2019.
"We are pleased to announce an increase to our quarterly cash dividend to $0.44 per share, or $1.76 per share
