LightPath Technologies to Participate in Roth Capital Conference on March 18, 2019

(NASDAQ: LPTH) ("LightPath," the "Company" or "we"), a leading vertically integrated global manufacturer, distributor and integrator of proprietary optical and infrared components and high-level assemblies, today announced it will be participating in the Roth Capital 31st Annual Investor Conference on March 18, 2019, in Dana Point, CA at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. One-on-one meetings with institutional investment firms will be scheduled throughout the day.

At the Roth Conference, LightPath management will discuss its most recent financial results for the fiscal 2019 second quarter and its current growth initiatives. For the second quarter results, the Company reported backlog had reached a record level of $18.1 million at the end of the period and bookings had set a record at $14 million for the period driven by Infrared and 5G/Telecom strength.
