(“Dentsply Sirona”) (Nasdaq: XRAY), the Dental Solutions Company, today announced that the Board of Directors approved the relocation of the Company’s principal executive offices from York, Pennsylvania to its offices at Ballantyne Corporate Place, Charlotte, North Carolina. The move builds on Dentsply Sirona’s reorganization plan to centralize its sales and service infrastructure in Charlotte, to further simplify the organization and to enhance the Company’s clinical education capabilities and functionality at the Dentsply Sirona Charlotte Academy.
Nicholas W. Alexos, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the Company in connection with the relocation of its headquarters. To ensure a smooth leadership transition, Mr. Alexos will continue to serve as Chief Financial Officer and will remain an active member of the company’s leadership team as the Company conducts a formal search for his replacement and until his successor is appointed.
