Strad Announces Annual and Special Meeting Voting Results

CALGARY, June 4, 2019
CALGARY, June 4, 2019 /CNW/ - Strad Energy Services Ltd. ("Strad" or the "Company") (TSX:SDY), today announced that shareholders, representing 80.68% per cent of votes cast, approved each of the matters voted on at the Annual and Special Meeting, including a special resolution authorizing the Company to amend its articles to change its name to "Strad Inc." Each matter voted on is outlined in the Corporation's Management Information Circular – Proxy Statement dated May 1, 2019 (the "Information Circular"), which is available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.
Strad shareholders also elected each of the following eight (8) nominees as directors of the Company on a vote by ballot to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders of the Company, or until their successors are elected or earlier appointed:
