The options granted to Dr. Rathjen are immediately exercisable, the options granted to Dr. Saltarelli vest over a period of 12 months from the date of grant and the rest of the options, all of which were issued to officers of the company, vest over a period of five years from the date of grant. All of the options expire five years from the date of the grant and are governed by the terms of the company’s stock option plan.
