Xebra and BevCanna Sign Agreement to Launch Cannabis Infused Beverages in Canada

C.XBRA, C.BEV
Vancouver, BC, Canada, September 09, 2021, Xebra Brands Ltd. (“Xebra”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with BevCanna Enterprises Inc. (CSE:BEV, Q:BVNNF, FSE:7BC) (“BevCanna”), to introduce Xebra’s cannabis-infused beverages into the Canadian market. Xebra is a private company intending to go public on the CSE in September 2021, under the symbol XBRA.

Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, BevCanna will manufacture and distribute Xebra’s cannabis-infused beverages in Canada, with plans to launch Vicious Citrous THC Lemonade in the Spring of 2022, with an initial focus on three provinces; Ontario, BC and Alberta.

Xebra has formulated several dozen cannabis-infused beverages under six brands, including MadCap seltzers & soft drinks, HighJack energy drinks, HolaHi iced teas, Vicious Citrus lemonades, HighCastle waters and Conquer, a CBD sports beverage. Trademark applications have been filed in more than 40 countries for Xebra’s unique beverage brands and slogans.

In addition, Xebra’s beverages will be formulated under license with Solutech™. Xebra’s licensing consideration is fully satisfied and applies to Europe and the Americas (only California in the U.S.).

Solutech™ is the only cannabinoid infusion technology that has undergone Phase I human clinical trials for relative oral bioavailability and absorption, and it includes both major cannabinoids THC and CBD, and their metabolites. The Phase I, Health Canada-approved study, demonstrated dramatically increased speed of absorption and elimination (fast onset and offset of effects), peak blood levels and rate of absorption, along with a consistent and desirable consumer experience.

“This strategic agreement with BevCanna allows us launch our first beverage product, Vicious Citrus THC Lemonade, with absolutely no capital expenditures and provides the ability for Xebra to scale production and introduce new beverage products rapidly,” said Rodrigo Gallardo, President of Xebra.

“We continue to expand our roster of new white-label customers and innovative CPG brands,” said Melise Panetta, President of BevCanna. “As we continue to ramp up revenue in this division, it’s companies like Xebra Brands, with innovative products and a vision of building long-term value, that are proving an excellent fit for our services”.
