DALLAS, Jan. 20, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Texas Instruments Incorporated (Nasdaq: TXN) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.15 per share of common stock, payable Feb. 7, 2022, to stockholders of record on Jan. 31, 2022.
