VANCOUVER, BC – TheNewswire - April 1, 2022 – Astron Connect Inc. (“Astron”) (TSXV:AST) today announced that it has closed the non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) announced on February 15, 2022 which raised $500,000 by the issuance of units (“Units”) at a price of $0.10 per Unit. Each Unit consisted of one Astron common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant, each exercisable to purchase one Astron common share at a price of $0.15 for a period of one year. Conditional acceptance to the Private Placement has been received from the TSX Venture Exchange.
No finder’s fees were paid in connection with the Private Placement. The securities issued under the Private Placement are subject to hold periods until and including August 1, 2022.
