First Tellurium Announces 2nd Tranche Close of Private Placement

Vancouver, BC, Dec. 21, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --

First Tellurium Corp. (CSE: FTEL) (the “Company” or “First Tellurium”), announces that it has closed the second tranche (the “Second Tranche”) of a non-brokered private placement (the “Offering”) previously announced on October 16, 2021. Under the Second Tranche, the Company has issued 9,656,000 units (the “Units”) for gross proceeds of $965,600 and 150,000 flow-through common shares for gross proceeds of $21,000. Each Unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant exercisable at a price of $0.15 for a period of two years.


A cash finder’s fee of $1,400 was paid and 319,900 common shares were issued to Canaccord Genuity Corp. in connection with the second tranche close of the Offering.

All securities issued under this Second Tranche closing are subject to a hold period expiring April 22, 2023, in accordance with applicable securities laws and the policies of the CSE.

Proceeds received in connection with the Offering will be utilized for exploration and other costs associated with First Tellurium’s Deer Horn property and the Colorado Klondike property, as well as for general working capital purposes.
