Tenet Awards Business Hub's First Free Bookkeeping Automation Software Master License to Elite Times CPA

C.PKK

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - December 5, 2024) - Tenet Fintech Group Inc. (CSE: PKK) (OTCQB: PKKFF) ("Tenet" or the "Company"), an innovative analytics service provider, owner and operator of the Cubeler® Business Hub, today announced that it awarded the Business Hub's first free master license of Dext Software Ltd.'s bookkeeping automation platform (the "Software") to Elite Times CPA Inc. ("Times CPA").

Tenet and Times CPA have been working in close collaboration since the announcement of their strategic partnership in August 2024 to bring awareness and promote the benefits of the Business Hub in combination with bookkeeping automation to Canadian small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). While using the Software will allow Times CPA to virtually eliminate manual data entry and be able to serve more clients more efficiently, Time CPA's SME clients will enjoy the automation of a variety of tasks such as invoice processing and will be able to obtain a daily picture of how their businesses are performing from a user-friendly dashboard. The master license to the Software granted to Times CPA by Tenet, means that Times CPA will not only be able to use the Software to automate the bookkeeping of its existing SME clients, but will also be able to offer sub-licenses of the Software to entice potential new clients with an offering that includes Time CPA's services, the Software and membership on the Business Hub.
