Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC Is Investigating CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. (CRWD) And Encourages Shareholders to Connect

CRWD

NEW YORK, NY / ACCESS Newswire / March 12, 2025 / Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC is investigating potential claims on behalf of purchasers of CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. ("CrowdStrike" or "the Company") (NASDAQ:CRWD). Investors who purchased CrowdStrike securities are encouraged to obtain additional information and assist the investigation by visiting the firm's site: bgandg.com/CRWD.

Investigation Details

On February 21, 2025, Bloomberg News reported that "US prosecutors and regulators are investigating a $32 million deal between CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. and a technology distributor to provide cybersecurity tools to the Internal Revenue Service, according to two people familiar with the matter and a document seen by Bloomberg News." The article reported, in relevant part: "Carahsoft Technology Corp. paid CrowdStrike for the deal that the cybersecurity firm closed on the last day of a fiscal quarter in 2023, but the IRS never purchased the products, Bloomberg first reported in October. The transaction under investigation was big enough that it could have made the difference between CrowdStrike beating or missing Wall Street projections for the period, although the Austin, Texas-based company has declined to detail how it accounted for the deal. The day after CrowdStrike reported results for the record quarter, its shares rose 10%." On this news, Crowdstrike's stock price fell $29.46 per share, or 6.75%, to close at $406.68 per share on February 21, 2025.
