WTF From what I see there's relentlessness selling with people unloading shares during NCIB.
When we are resricted we have a problem. When we discontinue NCIB after merger and need to hold $$ for growth reasons, building mine etc. We could see quite the dips. Sad to say but there isnt much outside interest coming in as yet. So we keep making $$$ I suppose.
