Anyone have a view on the SEC Sub-pena received in April, buried in the notes of the financial statements?

Were Besttobe and Carlito 100% correct on the situation here?

Perhaps a day of recognition for these chaps. Heck, maybe the rest of the year. Boy did they nail this thing for multiple years now.

Even the analyst at Raymond James appears to have attended Carl's accounting classes and has a better understanding of the business.
