fact is...............

fact is...............
..... KWG has the railway claims tied up in CC , and the very valueable royalties , and of course they will end up with 30 percent of the world class chrome play.  Cliffs will want the whole thing despite past differences , this is big dollars worth billions and once Cliffs steals SPQ which should occur within days , lol ,  they will mend the fences with Smeenik and we will hopefully see a good takeout price somewhere down the line.  We cannot be as easily manipulated as SPQ for we have the railway , and without it nothing moves out of that area.  Its a bit of leverage.  Seems Novak didn't understand the term leverage and how valueable it is ,  but Smeenik does.   So it will all be good in the end , might take some time.  Cliffs can try and jerk us around by saying they will not mine the area etc , and we can just take our sweet time with that railroad , maybe see to it the claims are never sold to Cliffs ever for any railroad etc................ its all a high stakes game ......... but compromise will be in the cards for KWG and Cliffs because CLF will have no choice really .  Maybe the same majors who takeout Noront etc will be interested in 30 percent of a world class billion dollar chrome play with the ROYALTIES  AND RAILROAD when the time comes as well.  Maybe Frank has some stuff in the joint venture agreements which can be used by KWG to prevent the area from being mined without KWG's co-operation , I don't know , I hope so.  It would be nice to hold Cliffs head under water for once............... but it will all be good................ providing we can fend off the hostile takeover attempts we know are coming ........ watch our backs again Frank ...............................
