Mill City Gold (TSX: V.MC, Stock Forum) Friday announced that it is consolidating its share capital as approved by shareholders at the general meeting held on June 4, 2013, on the basis of one new common share for every 17 common shares currently issued and outstanding.

Its common shares will begin trading on a consolidated basis beginning on June 10, 2013. There will be 5,290,512 common shares issued and outstanding following the reverse split.
