4.63 million ounces +6million ounces(inferred) +copper Nov 2014 cash 21.5million cash. All share deal. Not exactly a premium.

i agree with the under-valued part but disagree with the problem in Columbia...I'd rather invest there rather than in  BC or Ont!!...and the inferred are  (I think ) another 6 Mil Oz ...more
