Whither the private placement?

The private placement EnivroMetal announced in September was supposed to close a week ago. But there has been no announcement of its successful completion.  The silence does not bode well.

Wrote an email to the company contact (info@envirometal.com) last night inquiring about the status of the placement.  Didn't get a response yet.  You would think they have buyers lined up when a press release is published with an expected close date.
