No stock symbol anymore...

My account shows the security as L013597 and I can't even click on it to bring up activity.I guess it's absolutely worthless now..

Is it even worth keeping anymore?

What happed to your Shares In your brokerage account the shares magically go away and you get a credit for the cash amount of the private buy-out or if you hold an old-fashioned certificate, you get a check in the mail (might have to sign the certificate over) Another thing that also happens is that hedge funds step in and buy up all of the public shares they can get minus about 1% of the price ...more

In other words, they keep buying until the price reaches 99% or more of the buyout price and then they stop buying." What was the "buyout price" for LTS? When do we get that amount?

There was no buyout since Lightstream went bankrupt- all its assets were transferred to the secured creditors.  In due course, it will be dissolved due to failure to file annual corporate returns.
