ProMIS Neurosciences Inc. is a development stage biotechnology company. The Company is focused on generating and developing antibody therapeutics selectively targeting toxic misfolded proteins in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease (AD), amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and multiple system atrophy (MSA), an alpha-synucleinopathy. Its proprietary target discovery engine applies a thermodynamic, computational discovery platform - ProMIS and Collective Coordinates - to predict novel targets known as Disease Specific Epitopes on the molecular surface of misfolded proteins. Using this approach, the Company is developing novel antibody therapeutics for AD, ALS and MSA. Its product portfolio includes PMN310 / Amyloid-beta, PMN267 / TDP-43, and PMN442 / Alpha-synuclein. The Company plans to investigate additional synucleinopathies, including Parkinson's disease (PD) and dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB). Its wholly owned subsidiary is ProMIS Neurosciences (US) Inc.

Financing and inept Board

Yes M101 I agree the common sense factor has not been exhibited with this board. Why do a cheap financing with cheap warrants. Goldstein was the worst for this and destroyed the shareholders equity, followed by Gail who did it for her bonus. We need some astute Board members , not a bunch of yes followers.
