$-1.8 million loss were share options

with an excersice price of 1.20$! I wonder which of all the fanastic work Cristiano made for the company in 2023 and Q1 24 that made the BOD decide to issue him 1.9 million share options? Was it the debt handling or the fantastic sales? Maybe the share price performance?
