It's worth at LEAST .0713! :) When you start splitting hairs like that, it's really time to reverse split, not that that's what I want. That would be a terrible idea. Create value instead

Most likely a tax loss seller.  Guys that got in around 4c a share are better off selling for half a cent rather than holding out for 1c, at least according to their accountants.  In fact I
