RE:RE:RE:Twin Butte Stock PriceWest lake bought oil and gas properties from TB not the company. The company still exists with tax pools and possibly some other minor assets. The fact that the shares are trading are proof the company still exists. As a shareholder, you must be notified if someone plans to buy the company and you would have to agree to the price or st least a majority of shareholders would have to agree. Just hold them for now. Who knows they might be worth a dinner out or a new lawn mower depending on how many you hold.
