No surprise at all.

So now ROI's worth a nickel once again which is about 10x's less than when it's BOD consolidated it's shares 10 for 1 without having any bankable annual sales to support the share price and enterprise value. It seems obvious that ROI very effectively used this time honoured, tried and true methodology to further devalue itself.

Some say that the best surprise is no surprise.
