Management gutted the property, spun out  Vanstar and gave us nothing. I hope someone  takes them to court.

Very strange...Vantex owned all the property that was given to Vanstar, and now Vantex stockholders have no shares/interest in Vanstar? Looks like they got robbed. Doesn't seem legal to me ...more

Sadly this company is being run by a CEO that bankrupted his last company called HMZ metals in china. That bankruptcy took place in a gold run. Seriously u better hope for a buyout to save your skin.
