MBAC Fertilizer Corp. (
TSX: T.MBC,
Stock Forum) plunged 33% to 5 cents Monday after the company provided the market with an update on its strategic review process and announced the resignation of Chairman Peter Marrone.
The company said in a press release it has entered into exclusive discussions and negotiations with an investment fund active in the fertilizer industry that has submitted an offer as part of the company’s strategic review process.
