Imagination Park (C.IP) to develop feature length sci-fi film

Imagination Park (CSE: IP, Forum) continued to build its project portfolio when the company announced today that it had entered into a partnership with filmmaker Justin Tagg to develop a full-length science fiction feature film project.

According to the news release, Tagg is the creator of an short film entitled, “Mouse-X”, and has assigned all right, title, and interest in and to Mouse-X to the partnership.

Under the agreement, Imagination Park and Tagg will each have an equal and undivided interest in the project and all property created as a result. Tagg is committed to writing a screenplay based on the aforementioned short film and will serve as Director with Imagination acting as the Producer to the resulting feature film.

The company has paid an undisclosed amount to Tagg for entering into the agreement and has equally agreed to spend an undisclosed amount to complete a feature script, concept art and packaging for the Mouse-X project.

Company CEO, Gabriel Napora, commented, “We are extremely excited to work with Justin, an incredibly talented filmmaker, to develop Mouse-X into a major feature film. I believe the Mouse-X proof of concept is exceptionally well done; the visual effects in the piece are mind blowing, along with the production design, and character development.”

Imagination Park Director, Yas Taalat, added, “When I saw this short I knew it had to be made into a feature film, and look forward to advancing this project with some of our major Hollywood Studio partners.”

Currently there are 11.07m outstanding shares with a market cap of $387,600.
