Invictus MD Strategies Corp.(TSX: V.GENE,OTCQB: IVTF,Forum) announced on Monday that it has purchased an additional acre of land next to its AB Laboratories with the intent of expanding the facility. The Company added that construction of the phase 2 expansion at AB Labs is on schedule, adding 40,000 sq. ft. of operating space, while increasing total cultivation capacity to 56,000 sq. ft. Invictus is also expanding the mix of cannabis strains in its portfolio.

Invictus recently made news when announced that it had received
$5.8 million from previously issued warrants and options. The Company now has a total of more than 96 million shares outstanding and plans to use these proceeds to help fund its ongoing construction program and overall operations.
