Forum) stated on Thursday that it has signed an e-commerce and technology services agreement with Namaste Technologies Inc. (TSXV:N). The agreement will give BlissCo access to Namaste’s technology platforms, software integrations and e-commerce services including those powered by Namaste’s e-commerce artificial intelligence platform, Findify.io. The two companies will also work together on an online marketplace.

BlissCo recently made news when the Company announced the purchase of 1,700 kg dried cannabis and 340 kg of trim over two years in an agreement with GreenSeal Cannabis Company Ltd. This deal gives BlissCo the means to use GreenSeal’s dried cannabis, as well as the means to package, process and sell the cannabis product to BlissCo’s medical patients or adult recreational customers in Canada once it is legal.
