TANGIERS PETROLEUM LIMITED
ISSUE OF EQUITY
Tangiers Petroleum Limited (ASX:TPT; AIM:TPET, "Tangiers" or the "Company")
announces that it has issued 227,273 fully paid ordinary shares as a result of
the exercise of options in the Company at an exercise price of A$0.22 per
share, and a further 620,000 fully paid ordinary shares as a result of the
exercise of options in the Company at an exercise price of A$0.16 per share.
The Company has applied for the new shares to be admitted to trading on both
the ASX and AIM markets. Trading in the new shares on AIM is expected to
commence on or around 24 June 2014.
Following the above issues, the Company has the following securities on issue:
