Romarco Provides Update on Project Debt Facility

TORONTO, Feb. 22, 2015 /CNW/ - ROMARCO MINERALS INC. (TSX: R) (the "Company") reports that Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation, Macquarie Bank Limited and Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking (together the "Lenders") have informed the Company that it is necessary to extend by 30 days the binding commitment for a US$200 million senior secured project debt facility ("Debt Facility") to April 2, 2015.  The extension will allow for finalization of documentation including final review of the financial model which has recently been updated based on the updated technical report filed in December 2014. The extension for the Debt Facility commitment is otherwise on the same terms as those announced in November 2014.  The Debt Facility is for the development of the Haile Gold Mine project in South Carolina.
