The Company announces the resignation of Rene Bharti from the board of directors, effective as of Friday, March 25th, 2016. Rene has held several key roles in both public and private companies, including those in the resource, technology and entertainment industry. As part of his ongoing duties with his media company, Rene has been obliged to resign from Rosita.
